. Don’t Cheat, Remain Loyal.
During this pandemic remain loyal, avoid eating too much, watch your potion, eating your breakfast on time without skipping, eating light meals for dinner, and eating two hours before bed will help a lot.
2. Green Tea.
Take 4-5 cups daily of green tea and you will notice the change. Remember you are not supposed to add any sugar. This means, you do more drinking and less eating. Your body will adopt that eating habit which is very effective.
3. Do some exercises
During this period where we are told to stay at home, it's important to do some exercises for the betterment of our bodies. I know gyms are unavailable right now but thanks to technology. Our mobile phones Android/apple have some workout apps that can guide you to exercise without equipment. Burn those fats and stretch.
Doing these each and everyday will yield result. The key is to be determined and remain loyal.
