the directives of the Kenyan government on covid 19 seem to be haunting themselves.
one of the youthful chief's in Migori County, defied these directives after closing himself with his so called 'YOUTHS'/aids in one of the liquor selling bars disobeying the social distance rule.
He found himself on the wrong end of the law after being cornered by the law enforcers and was ceremoniously handcuffed to the police cells and only to be rescued by fellow liquor lovers.
