Oxford University has been in existence since 1096AD. Still, most of their course content is delivered through the time tested face-to-face interaction.
They have an excellent ICT infrastructure but this is used to SUPPLEMENT and not to REPLACE the need for teacher-student interaction. What makes some policy makers to imagine that schools like Xxx CDF Secondary, whose only modern equipment is a 20,000 litre Roto tank, can prepare KCSE candidates online?
