Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino is a happy man after President Uhuru Kenyatta granted his request to do COVID-19 mass testing in his constituency.
Taking to his social media handle on May 21st 2020, the legislator said that the mass testing was meant to help the poor and the sick.
Babu Owino, who could not hide his joy, says he had made a request to both the president and theCovid-19 Taskforce.
