Challenges and advantages of working from home

It has become a new normal to work from home after the outbreak of corona virus in the globe.
This is an unprecedented move that many are grappling with to meet their daily targets. The exercise has its pros and cons.
The biggest challenge is how to concentrate within the confines of a home setting. For mothers and fathers, the kids , spouses and others will always need this or that hence disrupting concentration from work. Unless one is so disciplined, it becomes very difficult to observe a routine due to disturbances and lethargy tendencies. Consulting from colleagues has to be through calls or texts which are expensive.
On the brighter side, people are enjoying a peace of mind without stressful traffic jams, eating out(sometimes stale foods) as well as rushing for meetings. Virtual meetings are as good as the physical meetings, and very easy to manage.
All in all corona virus has come with opportunities which we may never have realized in a million dollar years!
