The judiciary plans to accelerate use of re_justice ,even as lawyers question the quality of judgement made.
Soon after confirmation of Kenya first covid_19 case ,the judiciary moved to release practice direction for electronic case management.
Lawyers ,however ,say they are not content with the quality of rulings made.
