It starts with a *decision.* Things start to happen when you get started and stay persistent and consistent. Success happens when you put in the work for a sustained period of time and never quit.

 

 ```Questions to Ask When Choosing a Mentor```

💥Are they at a higher pin/rank than you?

💥 Are they equally or more committed to their business as you are to yours?

💥 Are they ACTIVELY building their business?

💥 Do they have a coach they are plugged in to?

💥 Are they part of your upline (not crossline)?

 

You are capable of doing much more with the business, and in life, than you are currently doing. Don't sell yourself short or think you are unworthy or undeserving. I believe in you.

 

The beauty of network marketing is the leverage you get by teaming up with other people. Even if you are a great producer, one person will never outproduce 100 people. Ultimately, you want an organization with thousands of people in it so you can earn a small override from each person’s efforts and productivity.

 

 ```Stay hungry, stay coachable and stay hungry, REGARDLESS of your rank or income level.``` 

 

 _Remember, we get paid to help people and solve problems._ if you want your business to grow, focus on those two things and always be a servant leader.

 

The most important to recruit is yourself. Until you truly believe, it will be hard to influence others to join.

 

You must go DIAMOND in your head and heart BEFORE you will ever reach that level in your company's compensation plan.

 

*_💥♦️What's the difference between a top earner and a struggling rep? The answer is not much._*

📌 A top earner has talked to more people

📌A top earner has had more people say NO

📌A top earner has had more people say it's a scam or pyramid

📌A top earner has had more team members quit

📌A top earner has simply been persistent and consistent and focused for a longer period of time than a struggling distributor.

 That's it. To succeed and rank up, put in the work daily and stay the course.

Edify your sponsor.

 Edify your upline. Edify your downline.

 Edify the system.

 Edification is vital if you want to succeed in the business.

 

Other people may put you down from time to time, but NEVER put yourself down.

 

If you think this is hard, start a business that requires $100,000 or more just to get started, needs employees, a separate building and a large monthly overhead!

 

Practice on people you don’t want to get in.

 Start with your worst prospects first while you learn the ropes and learn how to overcome objections.

 

Curiosity is what gets people to join. Use curiosity-based prospecting.

Ask questions and be a good listener. Find out your prospect's hot button and focus on that.

 

Security comes from depth. You want leaders backed by leaders backed by leaders.

 

If you never follow up with people you will have to work through an INCREDIBLE amount of prospects to build your team. If you follow up with people the right way, you can reduce that number by at least 70%, maybe even 90%.

 

Your job as a sponsor is to walk your distributors from step one to step two to step three. Your job as a distributor is to be coachable and follow those steps.

 

You build this business one rank at a time. Rather than focus on hitting the top rank in your Aim Global, focus on hitting the first rank, then the second rank, then the third rank. This is much more realistic.

 

To succeed in this business, you need three things:

1⃣a goal,

2⃣a plan,

3⃣hustle.

Your Upline can teach you how to set a goal and make a plan, but the HUSTLE must come from within. That is your responsibility. Without hustle, the other two do not matter.

 

Your successful uplines' job is to train your job. Your job is to motivate yourself and implement what you learn!
