EXPECTATIONS FROM THE GOVERNMENT TODAY

The President and ODM leader Raila Odinga seem to be reorganising government to push through their BBI agenda, which they'll succeed minus a referendum.
However, there might come some surprise compromises to appease some leaders, for example...
1. An expanded government with Premier, two deputies, n a president with one deputy.
2. Removal of term limits for governor's.
3. ANC leader Hon. Musalia, DP Ruto, Ali Hassan Joho being left out deliberately to form a strong opposition.
4. No regional governments as previously pushed for by rift valley and coastal region
