Felicien Kabuga must be tried at home

The Rwandan genocide suspect should be tried in Kigali and not in an international court outside his country. I feel that we should give local courts the trust of handling this matter, i don't trust international bodies on this one since some of the foreign countries have been part of protecting and hiding this suspect for a long time.
