_ These are the various healthy foods required during this pandemic in large sums:
1. Vegetables
This is a culinary term that generally refers to the edible part of the of the plant. They include:
A. Vegetable leaves include: leafy spinach, lettuce, cabbage
B. Vegetable stems: shallow friend Chicory
C. Vegetable roots: buttered carrots, beetroot, parsnips
2. Fruits which include:fruit salad eg: Oranges,Apple,Pear, Grapes, bananas, watermelon and sugarcane
Remember healthy eating during this pandemic will produce a good health and producing healthier dishes and a balanced diet will enable us to fight against this disease... Otherwise if we continue eating the unhealthy foods as usual and continue with the normal lifestyle of fast foods and junk this disease will surely treat our health ubnormally........
