How to cook tasty bhajias for your family

Ingredients
1.Cooking oil
2.Water
3.Ginger root
4.Garlic
5.Dhania
6.3green chillies
7.1tsp tumeric powder
8.Salt
9.3 large potatoes
10.1tsp red chillies powder
11.1 cup of gram flour
Procedure
1.Crush ginger, Garlic and green chillies. Add them to gram flour with all ingredients except oil
2.Slice the potatoes into slices and add them into the mixture. Mix everything together to ensure even distribution.
3.Add water in small amounts while stirring until gram flour is well incorporated.
4.Heat the oil under medium heat until it comes to temperature.
5.Take the sliced potatoes each at a time and drop gently into the hot oil.
6.Cook the bhajias for 2 minutes on each side until gram flour is golden brown.
Ready to serve!!
