How to make costal mahamri at home in this Corona

Ingredients
1. Wheat flour 500g
2. Warm water/milk 50 ml
3. Yeast 1 tbsp
4. Egg 1
5. Sugar 100g
6. Cooking oil 50 ml
7. Cinnamon seeds 1 tsp
Method
1. Mix water, yeast, sugar, cinnamon seeds, beaten egg and oil together until sugar dissolves.
2. Add wheat flour and mix thoroughly then need properly for 5 mins.
3. Cover and let it rest for between 30min to 1hr. It will double in size.
4. Knead it again and make some round balls.
5. Roll the ball and cut in 4 repeat to the rest of ball then give it some 15 mins to double in size
6. Heat your oil and start deep frying the mahamri
Serve as desired
