To use this remedy, dilute it with water and swish it around your mouth for several minutes. You should however limit the use of apple cider vinegar because study has revealed that it has an ability to soften enamel.

Hydrogen peroxide has whitening ability and is used in commercial toothpaste. One way to use this method is as a mouth wash before brushing. Ensure that the concentration is low to avoid side effects. Another way is by mixing it with toothpaste.
4. Eating of fruits and vegetables
A diet with fruits and vegetables leads to good health. Raw fruits and vegetables helps rub stains away from the enamel. Fruits such as strawberry and pineapples have teeth whitening qualities. They are however not substitutes to brushing.
