Hustler fund was received with alot of speculations, Some claiming it's not helpful, others saying it was better than nothing but the most controversial statement made on social media by one Mr.X , as left many netizens with question marks. The statement claimed that the programme was meant to monitor Mpesa transactions of every registered member, so that they can be answerable to the KRA regarding Tax payments.
