Embakasi East Member of Parliament Paul Ongili alias Babu Owino said he would have been a cabinet secretary if Azimio la Umoja won the elections.  "I would be serving Kenyans as CS for Interior or Education if Raila won elections," he said.  Babu was speaking during an interview on NTV in a feature dubbed 'Why Raila lost.'
