Impacts of the Curfew imposed by the Government

By - - [General]

This stringent measure  to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic can be viewed as a mixed blessing.

Most Married women around my village in Kakamega received the 7pm-5am news with great joy. They say that they now have more time with their spouses, who before Curfew, could come he as late as 10pm as and go out as early as 6am.

However, on other side of the coin things are not that good.Robbers now have more time to break in peoples properties and steal; not to mention the thirst for spiritual nourishment for the believers. There have been loss of jobs and businesses among other vices.

Lets do workouts to avoid lifestyle diseases due to a change in our way of living.
