Is corona virus really killing people or other diseases?

Many people are asking the same question every day as to whether people die of corona virus and not other related diseases as reported by the WHO today. It's early to conclude that corona virus is not a killer pandemic since many scientists are working round the clock to know exactly what causes this covid-19 pandemic and if so,how it can be cured and get a lasting solution.
Perhaps,let's follow the directives by the government by ensuring we wear masks as well as keeping social distance as we wait for our experts to find a solution to the virus.
