I have come to realize there is no community so naive in matters politics like Luhyas in entire Africa. Luhyas are the most stupid species of animals in politics and here are the reasons.

1. We all know how Jomo Kenyatta raped this country through tribalism. He could even assassinate any one who opposed him. All Kikuyus rallied behind him because he gave them all lucrative jobs in government.

2. Moi inherited Nyaoism. He did exactly the same. He killed, grabbed flooded police and military with Kalenjins. Today Kenya's police is a Kalenjin affair. Those are opportunities many Luhyas were denied.

3. When NARC government came in, things changed a bit. We had Luhyas in government from the vice president to ministers and permanent Secretaries.

4. The grand coalition government had most Luhyas. From deputy prime Minister and many ministers and permanent Secretaries.

5. Now the devil came in the name of Jubilee where the country was basically run by two communities. Uhuruto as they called themselves run this country like a private company. Ruto appointed Kalenjins in all lucrative positions in parastatals and public cooperations. These guys could always joke of how Luhyas are just cooks and watchmen.

6. In 2017, a Luhya tried to run for a parliamentary seat in Uasin Gishu. He won Jubilee nominations. Despite it being in Turbo, Ruto's own constituency, he abandoned Kevin Okwara and instructed Kalenjins to vote for an independent candidate. He could not stand a Luhya being an MP in his constituency. Okwara received all kinds of insults from Kalenjins.

6. How may Luhyas actually benefited from Ruto's 50% of Jubilee government?

7. Now we are here heading towards 2022. We have our own sons Musalia Mudavadi and Dr Mukhisa Kituyi who are perceived to be the most responsible and suitable presidential candidates in 2022. But strange enough we are forming whatsapp groups to support same Ruto. Are you normal? Are Luhyas really normal human beings? Can you in any way find a Kalenjin or a kikuyu forming whatsapp groups to support  Musalia Mudavadi and Dr Mukhisa Kituyi or any other Luhya for presidency?

When will Luhyas realize that in Kenya and mostly Africa, people vote for their interests? This kind of stupidity is just on the other level or should I just call it insanity!
