The first time cabinet secretary for health,Mutahi Kagwe announced the first case of Covid-19 in kenya,citizens took this alert seriously.personal hygiene was a key factor,face mask were a must before leaving the house
Now almost two month down the line,kenyans seem to be tired of the advised prevention measures.people no longer sanitize,the washing buckets around markets no-longer work.Social distancing is not observed. When asked to wash hands people do say the have already washed from where they were before.
The ministry of health should come up with another approach before things get out of hands
