Retired Supreme Court Judge Jackton Ojwang has landed a state job yet again. President Uhuru Kenyatta in a gazette notice dated May 13 Justice Ojwang will head Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) board for a period of four years. This comes after a tribunal that was probing him declared his innocence. Justice Ojwang had retired in February upon attainment of mandatory retirement age of 70 years.
He is among other key figures that have been given State jobs by President Uhuru Kenyatta this week.
