Mutahi Kagwe the Cabinet Secretary for Health locked down Eastleigh
due to the residents not taking heed to what the government asked them to do.
Eastleigh residents refused to quarantine and stay indoors ,they even refused to stop working,
this move today caused traffic jam in areas of south c as many of Eastleigh residents moved to these
area to avoid the lock down this a move that has been crticised by majority of Kenyans.
