Everybody who is working looks forward to seeing him or her retire with least trouble when it comes to financial freedom. The songs we sing telling people to save retirement is heard everywhere. I have experience of many people go home in suffering. Nobody has told them that you can actually save with NSSF and retire with honour. With the scheme allowing you to get tax relief up to 20k, you can save and grow your money monthly. For example,if you were to do voluntarily 6k per month,you will be paying just 4k and tax relief pays for 2k. In other words, you don't contribute the 6k, you only get 4k on your payslip. The 2k, will be taken as tax paye. With current NSSF interest of about 7%p.a compound, you are on your way to financial freedom on your sunset days. Think about it
