I know it is relevant here but you may help someone, land buyers in kithimani and matuu especially along the kimangu road should know that some plots belong to Kenya railways and there is an enmarked railway line. The owners know this and they are selling without disclosing to the buyers. Kindly befriend the local communities to avoid being duped. Some land companies are buying and selling to countrymen from central Kenya. Before you regret, inquire from locals the enmarked plots and percels of land.
