Well, there are loads of men out there who would walk into a room and probably leave without getting any sort of attention and there are other men who would do the same and suddenly there is a wave of excitement, adoration and near-worship in the air. Permission to call the latter gods? As beautiful and effortless as the latter scenario might seem, it actually takes a lot of self-grooming and personal development to garner all the overlapping attention. We all know what the society paints as the picture of the real man; strong, bold, opposite of a cry baby, purpose driven etc. Below, let us discuss how to become the man or god that everybody respects and looks at as a role model.

1) They listen more

The quintessential real man never finds the need to out-talk every single person he meets. He is very interested in hearing what people have to say, applauding their achievements and gently correcting their shortcomings. In letting people speak more around him, he makes them feel smart and this draws a lot of people to him. Why? Generally, people love people that make them feel intelligent or important enough to interact with. Nobody wants to be around someone that makes him or her feel dumb. The real man listens often and only talks when necessary. When he chooses to speak, his words are well calculated and purposeful. The real man is smart.

2) They are goal driven

There is no unforgivable trait as that of not being goal driven or appearing unmotivated. People would not want to associate themselves with you as you would most likely turn out to be a burden and a total waste of time to them. A real man values his time, is diligent in service and pays a gigantic amount of heed to profitable ventures. He may be seen playing around sometimes but trust me it is probably a five to ten minutes that he dedicated to unwinding. Even in his unwinding state, he is recharging his business batteries and will later be seen softly excusing himself to go and attend to money-making routines.

3) Never hit women

A man who is to be taken seriously is a man who would never hit women. He knows he is physically stronger than women and beating women to him is a trait associated with weak men. Instead of accommodating the thought of hurting women, he would rather protect them; this is evident in the way he treats his mother, sisters, girlfriends, wives, female friends, female colleagues etc. Also, he never assaults women sexually nor rape them.

4) Cleanliness

There is no aspect of our existence where you could go wrong with being clean, tidy and reasonably fashioned. As a man, appearing extremely clean and properly manicured is a big advantage in a world where only women are seen as the gender that should pay too much attention to their looks and appearance. Wear the right clothes with the right foot wears, walk with a gentlemanly swagger, take care of your teeth, smell nice, look like a lucrative business and watch the world suspend urgent business just to admire you.

5) Great physique

You also have to take care of your body. Hit the gym if possible in order to maintain a healthy body type. It goes a long way in making you look god-like. Also, the way you walk, sit and carry yourself matters a lot. A great body type and posture will always have heads turning and jaws dropping around you.
