Most Kenyans are avoiding to get tested for the Corona virus because the government has criminalized quarantine in the country
You will find that all citizens who are got out during the curfew time are taken into forced quarantine at their own expense when two thirds of the adult population in Kenya are those who must find some work to do so that they are paid some cash to take care of their families. The government should therefore take it upon itself to test and treat its citizens without expecting the citizens to pay for quarantine since if the pandemic wipes out the population, the government won't be there in the first place.
