River Nzoia bridge closed due to massive volume of water

Bridge closed around Mayoni area after river Nzoia water volume rise resulting the bridge to develop cracks. The bridge is commonly used both by the residents of Bungoma and Busia to cross to Kakamega County. Police were forced to close the bridge leaving a small section for pedestrians and motorist to use as they found alternative solution for the bridge.
