President William Ruto appointed Former Transport CS Michael Kamau as the Chairperson of the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF)
Kamau took over the crucial institution from Lewis Nguyai whose appointment was revoked.
In a Gazette notice dated Friday, December 23, the Head of State also appointed several leaders to head boards across his Government including Job Chirchir who was tapped as the Chairperson of the Kenya Forest Service (KFS).
Retired Lieutenant General Walter Raria Koipaton was also appointed to serve as the Chairperson of the Kenya Wildlife Service Board for a three-year term beginning on Friday, December 23, 2022
