Tecra Muigai autopsy explains sudden death

According to a preliminary autopsy report, Tecra lost her life after sustaining injuries on the left side of her head.
Chief Government pathologist Johansson Odour, who conducted the autopsy at Nairobi Lee Funeral Home on Tuesday said the injuries are consistent with a fall down the stairs.
Detectives investigating the death claim Tecra fell in her home in Shela, Lamu.
The investigations are still underway. Omar is still in police custody.
