The Economic Impact Survey in Kenya.

The Survey was conducted by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics.

It indicates that 59.8% were the people who were able to pay rent for the month of April.

While the survey also reveals that 21.5% of the Kenyan's are unable to pay rent at all.

Yattani says" Only 8.7% of landlords gave some waiver of relief to their tenants as others were mercilessly thrown out of their houses without even prior notices.....

And he also adds saying....All the plans we had now are going to change for as we continue with days the economy keeps on getting tough and difficult for the Kenyan's especially those who are living from hand to pocket status.
