The fund that can fund my business

All the hope and great expectations from majority of Kenyans was that , after receiving and paying the first disbursement of hustler fund loans, there would be an increment on the second disbursement. But the limit still remained the same which most people have termed it as "pesa ya mama mboga" that can only pay for vegetables only.
To my opinion, if hustler fund could operate like other money lenders, then we could say that it's of help to many but that's not the case. What do you THINK?
