As it is known that Kenyans can do anything within their ability and power to generate income, many social media apps and online businesses have taken advantage through that and have been conning and scamming Kenyans of their hard earned cash. The disappointing thing is that the government is reluctant on such issues . My question is who gives licences to such platforms and why?
