The corruption and tribalism that Kenya experience today was started by the founding fathers of the nation. At independency we had all the chances to correct things, but we decided to reward our friends and relatives with state resources beginning with land and employment opportunities. Land that was supposed to go to the poor was taken up by the rich correct politicians.

Employment was given out on tribal basis and those with tall relatives were given plum.jobs in government, and that became the genesis of kenyan social.and political problem. To eradicate this culture will be very difficult for along time to come.

The solution to this problem lies on our behavioural change as a nation. We need to relook on our societal values as a nation and re draw our history once again if at all we are going to break away from.these vice enslaving our country. We are at across road and serious interventions needs to be done.
