There ia this abnormal laziness that makes you feel like doing nothing

The human body is not powered by an engine but by the bodily functions and sometimes its normal to be lazy. This is because the body gets tired and that's why its important to sleep even if its few hours,allow your body to rejuvenate.

Drink a lot of fluids especially water,this way you will keep the body with the right PH to operate.

Exercise regularly and eat  a balanced diet.

But well its normal to be lazy. Most people experience this especially when you are at home or even at work but you will still push yourself to do something.

Consider yourself normal if you ever experience this kind of 'laziness' but don't be lazy the whole day.
