Eyes never grow from the time of your birth the size of your eyes never changes.When babies look at you with those big eyes they will be the same their bodies will carry for the rest of their lives.The size of your eyes is therefore constant meaning the current size of your eyes was and will remain.This happens due to lack of blood flow in the cornea.
