When are our leaders going to differentiate between democracy and dictatorship?

Looking at the political scenes in our country one remains tongue tied.
Does it mean we must dance to a tune of party leaders even if their ideologies are unsuitable?
Gone are the days when such was.Some political figures say they fought for democracy but they only want people to follow their ideologies.i wonder.when you are of different opinions you end up in removal from positions held ...shame on the so called party leaders.
