It is becoming increasingly clear that *ALL* people should be wearing masks while out in public. Masks are likely a reason why the virus has been better controlled in some countries. This is the reason why the government has rolled out directives to curb the spread of the novel corona virus

 Despite all these interventions, some citizens can't afford masks hence exposing them to risks of contracting & spreading the virus. 

*Hon. Elsie Muhanda* through her office has in the recent days reached out to residents of the county in the process of distributing the facilities. Some areas have experienced lack of these necessities hence exposing them to arrests for defying government directives. 

For instance, about three weeks ago, the County Women leader rescued a good number of residents at Malava Police Station for failing to put on masks.

Another relieve came in today in some parts of the county with residents of Malimili, Iguhu and Makhokho areas of Ikolomani Sub County finding themselves in the hands of police officers for failing to wear face masks. Mama County through her officials, came to the residents' rescue by supplying face masks & a reason to why one should wear mask
