As if the corona is not enough,people being swept away by floods now Kenyans are sleeping outside. Worst the weather conditions is not friendly.
These people most probably didn't want to move. It could be because they lacked a place to go,no resources to start over etc
It should always be in our minds that whenever a decision is made to evacuate an area,do so early enough to avoid such inexcusable situation
