Uhuru's remarks elicited a diplomatic row between Kenya and Tanzania and president Magfuli locked Kenyans and their goods from entering Tanzania. Just why did we handle this thing so badly? How come Uganda was not able to elicit this negative reaction from neighbours? I hold strongly that we have serious wisdom deficit
